• Five Building Code Inspectors II: We are seeking individuals who will be responsible for inspecting residential and commercial construction projects for compliance with DC law, permits, plans, and specifications; preparing inspection reports; issuing orders and notices for non-conforming or illegal construction; investigating citizen complaints; and re-inspecting sites to confirm compliance. They must have a valid driver's license, and must possess and maintain certain International Code Council (ICC) certifications related to residential or commercial buildings.
