• Vacant Building Inspector: This person will conduct detailed field inspections of District properties to determine if they are occupied, vacant and/or blighted. • Attorney Advisors: We have two open positions for experienced Attorney Advisors in our Office of the General Counsel (OGC). OGC serves as DOB’s legal team, providing advice and representation on housing and building code enforcement, permitting, zoning, and more. Applicants must have: (1) a law degree, LLB or Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association-accredited law school; and (2) at least two to five years of post J.D. professional legal experience, with five to 10 years preferred.
