High Level Overview of ProjectDox: The Applicant Experience
Tuesday, February 11, 2025
Overall, this new platform will enhance our service delivery, increase the safety of the District’s built environment, and result in a better customer experience.
Beginning February 18, 2025, existing projects initiated prior to Version 9.3's launch will remain in our legacy version of ProjectDox and must be completed and closed out in the old environment no later than August 18, 2025, in order to avoid needing to restart projects in the updated platform.
As part of our efforts to enhance the security of our online systems ProjectDox users will be required to use an Access DC account to sign in. To learn more about using your existing Access DC account or setting up an account, click here.
