For interior renovations such as kitchen or bathroom remodeling and interior renovation of an existing commercial space, Alteration and Repair is the appropriate permit type.

Depending on your scope of work, floor plans will be required that display the existing and proposed conditions of the work area. (Commercial spaces require plans stamped by a DC license design professional)

All projects require a cost estimate to assess the total permit fee.
