    Your duties will also include strategic planning, budget management, and policy guidance. You must have the ability to consider agency productivity, employee morale, legal concerns, public HR issues, and solution development, in a way that balances the needs of a variety of stakeholders. You'll also help to identify staff development and training needs, and implement our employee performance appraisal program.
